Orchard House, Alnwick

A great house with everything you need for a short stay in Alnwick. Positive: The house was perfect for our stay, well equipped and comfortable. Very centrally positioned for all the attractions in Alnwick. Quiet location with good parking. Thank you for the provisions you supplied, really appreciated. Negative: Just a small suggestion, a couple of side tables in the lounge would be good.

One of the best places I've stayed in. Positive: The house is modern and very clean. It has parking space out front and though our car is quite big we managed to fit it. The hosts left a lovely welcome basket, which was very appreciated. All the facilities were in excellent order. The location is very quiet and about a 20-minute walk from Alnwick town centre. I would definitely stay here again. Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like, but it's worth mentioning that the second bedroom is very small and has a bunk bed, so perhaps the house wouldn't be suitable for two couples sharing accommodation. For a couple with up to two children, it's perfect.

Positive: The house had everything we needed and was in a great location, very quiet, easy parking and the beds were very comfy. From the house it was easy to get around Northumberland to see everything that we wanted to and Alnwick itself is a lovely town. Having shops and a park in walking distance from the house was great.
